Frank holds the position of Vice President. In the past, He has held the positions of, Fire Chief, Deputy Chief (27), and Vice President. He also serves on the Apparatus Replacement, Mayor & Council, DVFA Executive Committee, Hall, Budget, Chiefs Meetings, and County Meetings committees. He also has been awarded the Top Fire Responder. Frank served the company as Fire Chief for two terms, totaling 20 years of leadership to the department.
