At 03:34 this morning New Castle County Fireboard alerted the VHC, along with Engine and Rescue 4&24 (Odessa FC) and Engine 26 (Townsend VFC) for a reported residential fire. Units arrived to find an extinguished fire on the front deck of the residence. VHC Units Responding: Engine 27-5 and Tower 27.
