Monday, January 11, 2016 Stations 1 & 27, 4 & 24, and 26 were alerted to a Multi-Residential Structure Fire in Middletown Village. On arrival found small fire on the second floor balcony extending into the structure. Fire was quickly extinguished and crews performed salvage and overhaul while checking for any further extension. Situation was placed under control and turned over to Delaware State Fire Marshal.
