Members of the Volunteer Hose Company traveled to the Pierce factory in Appleton to conduct the final inspection of the new tower ladder for the fleet. Tower 27 is a 2008 Pierce Arrow XT 95' mid-mount tower ladder with a 1500gpm pump and 300 gallon water tank. The unit is spec'd to carry 800' of 5" supply line and 170' of ground ladders. It is equipped with dual monitors, anchors for hi-angle rescue and will carry a variety of truck company equipment. The aerial was sold through Singer Associates Sales Representative Brian Bashista.
