Middletown was was dispatched to a car fire in the parking lot of a shopping center near Mount Pleasant. Rescue 1 arrived to find a SUV with the engine compartment involved. The crew on Rescue 1 extinguished the fire with assistance from Rescue 27. Deputy 1 had command. Units responding: Rescue 1, Rescue 27, & Ambulance A-1.
