The Volunteer Hose Company was alerted to assist Chesapeake City on a working house fire Tuesday evening around 19:44hrs. Rescue 27 made the response on the road, with Engine 1-6 and Tower 27 also responding. Crews assisted with roof ventillation and extensive overhaul due to heavy fire damage to the interior of the structure.
