June 25th at 22:12hrs, Stations 1&27, 4&24 and 26 were alerted for a mobile home fire at 818 Linden Circle in the Villagebrook mobile home community. The alarm was upgraded to a working alarm before fire department personnel arrived. Deputy Chief Watts arrived with smoke showing from the residence. Middletown Police were already on scene and advised that all occupants were out of the residence.

Engine 27-5 and Rescue 24 arrived together, and crews placed two 1 3/4" lines in service. The fire was knocked down immediately. Additional crews completed ventillation and the primary and secondary searches with negative results. The BLS crew from B-1 and NCC M-5C transported one of the occupants to CER for additional evaluation.

Crews operated at the fire scene for an hour. The Delaware State Fire Marshals office is investigating.
