On Wednesday February 26th, at approximately 1306 hours, Station 1 and 27 was dispatched to the intersection of E. Main Street and Dickenson Blvd. Crews arrived on scene to find a two vehicle MVC in the roadway. B27 Transported one patient to a local hospital for minor injuries. The scene was shortly turned over to Middletown PD. Responding Units: Rescue/Engine 27, B1, and B27.

On February 18, 2025 at 1414 hours, Stations 1 and 27 were called out to assist getting a motorized wheelchair down from the second floor of a commercial building due to the elevator being out of service. Although there was no medical emergency, this is just one of the many ways our fire department goes above and beyond to support our community. Responding Units: B27 & Squad 27

Last night at 22:24hrs, units were alerted for an MVC involving a rollover. First arriving units found two vehicles involved, but were unable to find the occupants of one of the vehicles. Fire/EMS units along with assistance from Delaware State Police Aviation Section were eventually able to find the driver walking along road approximately a mile away from the crash site. One person was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
